A whimsical journey into the life and memory of film & TV icon and eccentric inventor Walter Klassen as he says goodbye to his beloved studio and live-in treehouse— the heart of his decades-long career creating hero props, animatronics, and everything in between for Hollywood blockbusters like the Oscar-winning The Shape of Water, Suicide Squad, IT, and Crimes of the Future. His work has brought the visions of acclaimed directors like David Cronenberg, Guillermo del Toro, and Gus Van Sant to life.
